All of our cakes are handmade, therefore slight differences in appearance may occur. Colours may appear differently in the images vs. in real life due to variation between screen displays.

Lead Time
Generally we book up around 1-2 weeks in advance for our occasion cakes. We may be able to fulfil orders sooner so do please call ahead to check.
Allergens & Dietary Advice
The majority of our cakes are vegetarian friendly and we also offer vegan options. We do not offer gluten-free cakes, however all of our macarons are gluten-free. If you have any other specific dietary requirements or allergies, please contact our team for guidance about your order. All of our products are made in an environment that handles PEANUTS & NUTS, and for this reason we cannot guarantee that they are free from these allergens.
Collection & Delivery
Collections are available from the shop during our normal opening hours (Wed-Sat 10:00-17:30 and Sun 10:00-16:00) on the day you select at checkout. Our address is 593 Cowbridge Road East, Cardiff, CF5 1BE. We have short-stay parking available at the front of the shop.
We also offer local Cardiff delivery to the following post codes: CF3, CF5, CF10, CF11, CF14, CF15, CF23, CF24, CF64. Deliveries are on Wednesday or Saturday between 11:00-18:00.
Storage
Buttercream cakes are best kept refrigerated and then taken out 1-2 hours before serving, as the cake is best served at room temperature when it's nice and soft.
The cake will taste best on the first day of pickup, but will last up to 3 days, and can also be frozen to bring happiness on a rainy day.
