Cinnamon, brown sugar sponge, plum jam, vanilla buttercream decorated with freeze dried plum and crystallised sugar sprinkle.
Black Forest (can be made vegan)
Dark chocolate sponge, kirsch cherry compote, vanilla buttercream, decorated with a fondant tree on top
All LTSC cakes come gift wrapped in our famous pink boxes, tied with ribbon, along with a complimentary candle.
For reference, the cake shown is a 6" cake mounted on an 8" wooden board.
