This delightful heart shaped cake is the perfect challenge for those who wish to raise their skills to the next level. The combination of commercially viable sugar flowers and piping skills will result in a class project you’ll be proud of. You will be working with the new mould range designed by Chef Nicholas Lodge called FlowerPro, this clever range of moulds and veiners can be used to create quick flowers and foliage perfect for adding the wow to your creations. All moulds and veiners will be supplied for your use in class and may be purchased once the class project has  been completed.

Course Location
This course is held at LetThemSeeCake Shop & Classroom, (entrance on Lansdowne Road) Public on-street car parking is available nearby but we cannot guarantee a parking space. There is a bus stop outside the Bakery, reachable by bus numbers 13, 17, 18, 64, X1 from Cardiff city centre.
