We are delighted to announce that the loveable Michelle Evans-Fecci from the current Bake Off will be hosting our next pudding club. Michelle came to prominence as a contestant on this years' Great British Bake Off Series 10.
Michelle first fell in love with baking by watching her mother doing traditional baking at home. She grew up on a small holding in Carmarthen, and now lives in the seaside town of Tenby with her husband and teenage son. Michelle is a very self-sufficient baker. Michelle bakes almost every other day whether it is a simple loaf for breakfast or something sweet for dessert, experimenting with flavour combinations or using seasonal veg from her vegetable patch. Her bakes are precise and finessed with an emphasis on good-quality local produce.

Showcasing easy but high impact desserts perfect for the home cook or dinner parties,
Michelle will be demonstrating how to make not one, not two, but three beautiful desserts that will impress any guest. You will also be able to taste each dessert and enjoy this fun culinary experience!
Throughout the session Michelle will be happy to answer questions as she walks us through the steps of making mouth watering desserts, talking about her experiences on and off the TV screen.
You will also be presented with a welcome drink, and a goodie bag to take home with you, filled with recipes and handouts.
Pudding Club is held at LetThemSeeCake Shop & Classroom (entrance on Lansdowne Road). Public on-street car parking is available nearby but we cannot guarantee a parking space. There is a bus stop outside the Bakery, reachable by bus numbers 13, 17, 18, 64, X1 from Cardiff city centre.

The venue reserves the right to cancel or change the date of the event without notice, however as much contact will be sought with attendees and alternative dates will be found in this unlikely event.
Please make us aware of any special dietary requirements for refreshments at time of booking, note we use Wheat flour and Gluten is present throughout the bakery building.
Payment & Cancellation - Full payment is required at time of booking. Cancellation for any reason must be made at least 14 days prior to the event date for a full refund. A 50% refund can be obtained up until 7 days prior to the event date. For cancellations made within 7 days of the event date a single date transfer will be offered, but no refund will be available. Transfers must be used within 6 months of the original event date.
