Lemon & Blueberry Celebration Cake
The Lemon and Blueberry cake offers a new dimension for lemon cake lovers! Lemon sponge infused with lemon syrup and blueberries, layered together with a home-made lemon curd and American blueberry buttercream. To top it off we have fresh blueberries , mini meringues,  and dried petals.
 
Mini Cake (half the height of the photo above) - Perfect for several guests or a small family (serves 5-6 people)
6" Perfect for a household  (10-11 large slices - 15-20 party portions)
8" Perfect for a small party (16-17 large slices- 35-40 party portions)
10"Perfect for a large gathering or event  (25 large slices - 50-60 party portions)
6"+8" Perfect for a large gathering ( we can only do the same flavour for the two tiers on the classic range) (30 large slices- 60-70 Party portions)
 
All LTSC cakes come gift wrapped in our famous pink boxes, tied with ribbon, along with a complimentary candle.

For reference, the cake shown is a 6" cake (measurement is diameter) mounted on an 8" wooden board. Please note that all our products are handmade and slight variations in appearance may occur.​

    Generally we book up 1/2 weeks in advance for our celebration cakes. We may be able to fulfil orders in less time but please call or message ahead to check. It's always worth asking! Due to high demand, it is advised to call us on 07772630332 or email info@letthemseecake.com to secure and check dates first, or you may be declined!

    We recommend you eat the cake as soon as possible for the best experience but they can last up to 6 days in a refrigerator.
