Welcome to the Autumn edition of joy club.
 
Joy club is the place where we come together to celebrate ourselves and our lives. The place whereyou get a warm welcome, delicious cake and a dose of wisdom. Our theme for this month is ‘Turning over a new leaf’.
 
We are approaching the autumn equinox when the day and night are the same length before westart heading towards the darker nights. So that means getting ready for warm chai lattes, cosyknitwear and those gorgeous red crunchy leaves falling from the trees. Autumn can be a magical time of year if we pay attention to the seasons and can also feel like afresh start full of the ‘back to school’ vibes. With the summer hols behind us, we may be starting to settle back into routines again – but which ones do we want to keep doing in this season?
In this Joy Club we are going to be exploring our routines and habits. Which ones work well for us?Any that we want to ditch? Any new ones we want to create?
Autumn is the perfect time to reflecton how our year has been so far and how we can follow the rhythms of nature so that we can enjoythe rest of 2023.
Life coach Leah and the LTSC crew will be bringing all the usual glorious vibes and exploring how wecan bring more joy into our lives for the autumn season.
